Brand identity and business cards for commercial and residential property developer Learig designed by The District, United Kingdom

Learig is a UK-based commercial and residential property developer managing projects end to end, from planning to design to build, and the financial considerations that link each of these stages. This end to end management, and Learig’s three tiers of expertise, is visually articulated by its new brand identity, designed by The District, through a logo of three stacked blogs which extend out to guide people through property, linking information and punctuating neutral white walls with a distinctive neon green. The project also included stationery, business cards, brand guidelines, interior signage and brochure design linked by bold colour and consistent type.

Animated logo for Sweden's leading private banking firm Erik Penser Bank designed by Bedow, Stockholm

Erik Penser Bank provides its clients with independent financial advice and a high-level of personal service. While large banks do provide similar services, Erik Penser Bank is Sweden’s only dedicated private banking business.

Professionalism, experience and an individualised service practice are expressed by the bank’s new brand identity, created by Stockholm-based graphic design studio Bedow, through the personable and less corporate qualities of a monogram, which informs some distinctive pictograms, custom typeface, an earthy colour palette and some good quality papers, boards and print finishes. These are implemented across business cards, folders, forms and print communication.

Branding for Illinois based Hedeker Wealth & Law by Socio Design

Hedeker Wealth and Law is an American independent business group dedicated to helping people protect, preserve and grow their wealth through services based around four key areas of expertise—investment, management, financial planning and tax advice. This complete and holistic combination marks Hedeker out from what is a crowded market of individual businesses providing fewer services.

To better express their experience and breadth of service, and to help reposition the group in a way that would attract more affluent clients, Hedeker worked with London-based studio Socio Design to create a new brand identity. This included logo and logotype design, stationery, business cards, quarterly newspaper and website.
