More4 is a UK digital television channel owned by Channel Four that reruns documentaries, drama and lifestyle programmes of its parent channel as well as broadcasting a number of original pieces. Yesterday it was announced that from January 2012 More4 will have a new identity developed by London based digital design agency ManvsMachine, dropping the single colour and organically animated four, in favour of a new, geometric and colourful logo-mark.
3angrymen is a London based production and digital content company with a client list that includes the NSPCC, ChildLine, Barclaycard, Hovis, Palmolive and TKMaxx. Their new brand identity, designed by Build, draws out the fine colour bands of their previous logo to craft a new, contemporary and sophisticated scan line pattern. Paired with a monospace type choice and contemporary monograms Build’s solution manages to balance creativity, technical ability and consistency.
The Guild is a TV animation and VFX design service that has worked on a wide range of projects providing assets for Gorillaz and Channel 4’s E4 (UK). They approached Berg, now Freytag Anderson, to develop a new identity that could represent the broad and individual talents of its collaborators and the variety of services they provide.
