More about BP&O
Posted: August 17, 2011 Filed under: Logos & Branding, Packaging | Tags: article, Blog, content, note, writing 5 Comments »There are a lot of design blogs available today and I’m committed to making BP&O stand out and wanted to write a quick note on how I go about creating content for the site.
I have over 300 bookmarks I check daily and spend roughly three hours in that day writing and researching articles often getting up very early prior to starting my own design projects. Before I begin, I check high profile and respected blogs such as The Dieline and Brand New to make sure I am not duplicating articles and can add something new. Rather than just posting images and copying content directly from the agencies website I try to explore and analyse the direction and execution of each project and offer a unique opinion which I’m very happy to be questioned on. Nearly all the articles on BP&O have been sourced directly from these agencies and this helps me to avoid duplication of other blog content.
I know there are a number of people who frequently return to read my articles and I really appreciate their continued support. Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy today’s article.
Richard

The Basic series (beginning with Logos) is the offering of Barcelona based publisher Index Book with ‘Basic Pack’ and ‘Basic Identity’ to follow later this year.
