Trika is an interior design company, working on both public and private spaces, with a showroom and studio in the Croatian capital of Zagreb. They represent furniture and equipment manufacturers such as Billiani, Enea and Federicia, amongst many others, whose brand names are described as being synonyms for quality, comfort and design.

Graphic design studio Bunch worked with Trika to develop a new brand identity. This included logotype, business cards, notebooks, tote bag and website. Bunch’s work frames some lovely project photography and distils down modern contemporary interior and furniture design into a simple and functional graphic expression, elevated by material detail.

Brand identity and business cards by Graz and Wien-based Moodley for Austrian shop design studio Raumindex

Raumindex is an Austrian design, development and project management studio established in 2005 that creates integrated interior and exterior retail environments for national and international clients. Its philosophy is rooted in the shaping and arrangement of form, space and content to create functional and flexible environments to add value and elicit feelings.

With a desire to appear more accessible, and with the intention of conveying a little more about the nature of the studio, one made up of a young team with surprising ideas, the studio worked with graphic design studio Moodley to create a cohesive and expressive new brand identity that lived up to the company’s abilities and portfolio. This extends across business cards, stationery and soon to launch website.

Pontus In The Air by Bold, Sweden

Logotype by Stockholm-based Bold for Arlanda Airport restaurant Pontus In The Air

Pontus In The Air is located at Sweden’s Arlanda Airport and was developed with the intention of being Europe’s leading airport restaurant in its blend of high quality, affordable prices and fast service. It features three distinct areas, The Brasserie, a classic bistro with table service inspired by the golden days of aviation, The Market, a self-service canteen with a more utilitarian finish, and Take-off, an area dedicated to take-ways.

Owners Pontus Frithof, a Swedish company founded by renowned chef Pontus Stenshäll, worked with Stockholm-based graphic design studio Bold, following their collaboration on city restaurant Tidningshuset by Pontus, to create a name and visual identity for this latest project. Inspired by chef Pontus Stenshäll’s colourful and charismatic character, the movement and energy of the airport, and with a desire to work together luxury and an element of humour, Bold crafted an identity of typographical play yet simplicity, and convivial illustrative detail. This links business cards, menus, mobile app, interior graphics and website.
