Briggs & Cole is a Glasgow-based art and design partnership that specialises in the creation of ‘statement’ products for interior settings. The company commisioned independent design studio Effektive, now Freytag Anderson, to resolve their unique, practical and simple approach to high quality design through a new brand identity solution.
Commando Group is an Oslo based, multi-disciplined, visual communications agency. Towards the end of last year the group embarked on a rebranding exercise replacing their previous running horse logo-mark and script logo-type with a simple, geometric head, utilising chess as an analogy to deliver a clearer, less superflous and more authoritative brand message.
Felix de Pass is a freelance product, furniture and interior designer who focuses on creating functional pieces and believes that “aesthetics should derive from material construction, rational thinking and necessity.” His identity, designed by Andreas Neophytou, an art director at Spring, is based around a bespoke typeface and mark solution that resolves the unique and utilitarian nature of Felix’s work.
