Spoorbeeld is a on-line document, created by Bureau Spoorbouwmeester, that outlines the design policies of Dutch Railway’s infrastructure from the perspective of the traveler and provides legal guidance to both government and the private sectors. Spoorbeeld’s identity, visual language, stationery and digital presentation, developed by Amsterdam-based graphic design studio Lava, mixes industry, utility and accessibility through a flat colour palette, modular, stencil cut logo-type and simple digital tablet-based format.
Ogopogo is a start-up that is introducing the boxed experience concept to the Croatian market. Their new brand identity, which include logo, print, packaging and website design developed by Bunch, juxtaposes the corporate formality and geometric consistency of a simple sans serif logo-type with the bespoke, crafted and playful qualities of bright folded paper photography.
Classic Bag is a UK-based cost-effective packaging solutions business that prints and manufactures carriers, boxes and bags for a variety of retailers, hotels and fashion brands including Browns, Vivienne Westwood and The Dorchester. Independent graphic design studio Salad was commissioned by Classic Bag to develop an identity and a series of ‘innovative and exclusive’ retail bag concepts under the new label BritBag. Utilising a simple combination of monogram, sans-serif logo-type, limited colour palette and illustrated pattern work with a familiar Britishness, the solution mixes the playful and iconic with a high-street fashion quality.
