Highpark is a new residential project located in the middle of San Pedro Garza García and described by Face – the agency behind the development’s visual identity, print work and website – as ‘arguably one of Latin America’s most affluent municipalities’ and widely credited as an “architectural masterpiece”.
Face go on to say that the “project needed to speak volumes about the brand’s commitment to creativity, sophistication, and quality of lifestyle. It was conceived by superstar Mexican architect Michel Rojkind, and envisioned as an urban development of luxury residences in northern Mexico’s most exclusive corner.” As such Face created a “clean, polished, unobtrusive aesthetic designed to beautifully showcase the project, using sharp, classic typography, and the fool-proof duo of black and gold.”
Parlor Textiles is an independent, North Carolina-based textile company that produces ornate yet contemporary products with an eco-friendly, hand-made philosophy. Their visual identity and stationery solution, developed by design studio Face, is described as reflecting an attention to detail through the use of ‘classic, elegant elements, the quality of the materials and an overall design that displays a modern sensibility.
Hardpop is an electronic music venue located in the Mexican city of Juárez that plays host to both international and national DJ’s. Their new brand identity, a contemporary interpretation of classic military insignia, familiar and unusual typographic forms, print that reflects the contrasting nature of the name through material choice, colour and print finish, was created by design studio Face.
