Packaging with die cut sleeve detail designed by B&B Studio for premium confectionery brand Jealous Sweets

Jealous Sweets is a gelatine and gluten-free confectionery range made with natural fruit juices and no artificial flavours or colours. Design agency B&B studio were recently commissioned to develop a new visual identity and packaging solution for the range that would focus more on its premium position and purity of ingredients. Developed under the theme of ‘covetable candy’ – “a concept that we visualised using a precious jewel icon and a characterful Magpie with an eye for something special”, B&B’s solution juxtaposes classic flourishes and plenty of unprinted space with bright contemporary colour and illustrative detail.

Logo and stationery design by Anagrama for handcrafted terracotta tile specialist Tabarka Studio

Tabarka Studio specialises in ‘detail-oriented’ and handcrafted tiles made from terracotta, a ‘clay-based ceramic earthenware that becomes porous when fired creating a worn-out, antique finish’. Anagrama, the design agency responsible for the studio’s visual identity and collateral, describe their approach as embracing an ‘archaic timelessness’ that reflects the products through the use of a blue and white scale pattern, tiled icon and a heavy, tactile and porous substrate.

Logo and stationery with blind emboss, silver and gold foil detail designed for British multinational venture capital firm Tourean by Anagrama

Tourean is a British multinational venture capital firm that manages a variety of lifestyle subsidiaries within the music, design, events, social media and fashion industries. Their new visual identity, developed by design agency Anagrama and drawing inspiration from the Tourean name – a compounding of the words taurean and tour created to convey the values of strength, fortitude, courage and integrity as well as the company’s worldwide reach – fuses Gotham Black and Copperplate Gothic into a single logo-type described by the agency as ‘modern and earnest’ and sets it within the context of a ‘serious and somber’ colour palette and the high qualities of heavy paper with debossed surface textures and gold foil detailing.
