Branding for Biber Architects designed by Spin

Biber Architects is the New York based practice of teacher, author, architect and former Pentagram partner James Biber. Biber is made up of a tightly organized, highly experienced, and efficient team that have been producing design-led work—where others are process-focused or ideologically orientated—for more than 25 years.

The practice was conceived as a place to tackle architectural work from a fresh perspective, one that can respond to an industry that continues to experience significant change brought on by the personal computer, Internet ubiquity, rapid prototyping, instant and real-time communications, and the separation of design and production. Projects have included the Harley-Davidson Museum, the Fashion Center Needle and Button, and the Glass House Visitors Centre.

Biber’s visual identity, created by UK based graphic design studio Spin and which included logotype, business cards, stationery and website design, is described as having a playful structure and an economy of expression that make a connection with the philosophies of the practice.

Package design and branding for Bol veg pots by graphic design studio B&B Studio

BOL is a range of vegetable pots made from fresh natural ingredients using recipes inspired by local chefs and street market stalls from a variety of international destinations, packed and presented with a modern on-the-go convenience in mind. BOL was created by Paul Brown, the former general manager of Innocent’s food division, following the company’s exit from the category, and features brand identity and packaging created by UK based graphic design agency B&B Studio.

Branding by Salad for British hamper business Virginia Hayward

Virginia Hayward is a family run business that creates hampers and gifts for both the retail and wholesale markets. It began life 30 years ago, from home, on a kitchen table, and has developed into one of the largest hamper companies working in the UK today.

With ambitious plans for growth, Virginia Hayward worked with Bournemouth and London based graphic design studio Salad to reimagine and resolve what had become a diluted set of assets across a variety of touch points with a new brand identity system. This system went on to include a new logotype, colour palette, campaign brochure, seasonal photography, business card design and website.
