ARK Agency
2026, Canada, Education
Learn Canadian intends to capture what makes studying in Canada genuinely unique; its world-class institutions and stunning natural landscapes, but also highlighting the country’s distinctive spirit of openness, inclusivity, and creativity.
As described by ARK Agency, the brand has been crafted to feel, not just inform, taking a creative approach that ‘blends cinematic storytelling with digital-first engagement’. From hero films to digital experiences, the brand platform looks to bring to life Canada’s diverse landscapes and Canadians themselves, encouraging prospective students to see not just what they can study, but who they can become.
The logo, also devised by ARK Agency, finds a simple and convincing resonance between two very familiar motifs. Firstly, a book, a shorthand for education, and second, the iconic form of a maple leaf, a Canadian symbol. This works in its balance of positive and negative space, getting more from less, the way the point of the leaf meets the crease of the book, and how it covers the inner and outer worlds of education and natural landscape. The cropping of the leaf also feels like mountains. It’s in the correlation and harmony between the ubiquitous that this becomes distinct and ownable.
