Voiceflow finds itself amongst the many new AI tools out in the world, and allows product teams to build business critical AI agents. So far, Voiceflow is the only conversational AI platform to do this. This ‘flow’ and ‘flexibility’ is embedded in an almost three dimensional waveform motif, inspired by the Slinky toy. Focus Lab furthers this, saying this it also represents the “various ways its audience channels improvisation in both practical business cases and fun personal projects”. Of course, much of this isn’t ‘readable’ only provocations in which to start generating logo ideas. The outcome is great. It’s abstract enough to give a bit of space for meaning making, practical enough to work in the places it’s supposed to and distinctive enough to be memorable and protectable.
