TRi-structural ISOtropic fuel is the world’s most advanced source of nuclear energy. Each particle is a miniature powerhouse. Put together, these particles power advanced reactors on Earth and in space. Combining the small to power the large, this idea forms the foundation of Grand Army’s visual identity for fuel producing company Nuclear Standard. Visually this is expressed by a dot matrix of letters, icons and an ‘NS’ monogram. Given the context, John Lloyd & Lloyd Northover’s logo for British Nuclear Fuels Limited immediately came to mind, then slight confusion as to what ISI stood for…then I saw it. Rods become particles, ISI becomes an intersecting NS. Given everything that surrounds this, it works.
