Volcano At Home is an ethically traded coffee range, roasted in small batches by a dedicated team and sold in 100% compostable Nespresso-compatible pods. The range has been created for the retail, subscription and wholesale markets and is available in three varieties, Bold Morning Shot, Balanced All Day and Reserve Rich And Sweet. Volcano At Home is the latest venture of London-based independent coffee roasters Volcano Coffee Works and features distinctive packaging design, developed by Commission, that draws on the science, craft and character of the brand and its products.

BP&O takes a hands on look at quarterly magazine Real Review, a collaboration between by OK-RM and Jack Self

Real Review is an award-winning quarterly magazine that pursues what it means to live today through analysis, evaluation and enquiry. It is a collaboration between London-based design studio OK-RM and editor Jack Self, the founder of architectural practice and cultural institute Real. Real Review offers wide ranging comment on a variety of topics, is presented in a compact format and mixes dense text, image and moments of space with the intention of being an efficient, economical and readable format.

In the third of an ongoing series, which follows reviews of Snøhetta’s Folk+Form and Blok’s Rain, Gravity, Heat, Cold by Blok, BP&O takes a hands on look at Real Review.

Brand identity and brochure design by MultiAdaptor for Google's co-working and event space concept Campus

Campus is Google’s network of co-working and event spaces for the many start-ups it has and continues to help fund. These are located in London, Madrid, Warsaw, São Paulo, Seoul, and Tel Aviv, with another to open in Berlin soon. The Campus community has over 80,000 members and collectively received over $537 million in funding which has created more than 11,000 jobs. Campus is described by MultiAdaptor, the design studio behind its recent rebranding, as being positioned slightly away from the main Google brand. The studio’s brand identity design for Campus reflects this. It also captures and expresses the startup spirit and energy of the entrepreneurs and founders, employees and investors, who make up the Campus community through a DIY aesthetic of words, images and colour. This approach intends to be democratic in nature and invite participation.
