BP&O Collections — Posters
Opinion by Richard Baird Posted 8 November 2017
A continually updated collection of poster designs created as part of a broader brand identity programme, reviewed and published on BP&O. Between them, these bring to light how colour, type, form, orientation, layout and contrast, as well as substrate and print technique, contribute to a distinctive and expressive brand identity. These often catch the eye from a distance and follow up with detail up close. This post includes framed posters for interior decoration and outdoor advertising campaigns, and work for festivals, museums, galleries and charities. Featured studios include Mucho, Snøhetta and Hey. Click through to get a sense of how these fit within a broader brand identity program and the communicative intentions that underpin aesthetic choices.
